Postage - Postal charges are clearly shown when you purchase an item. Please bear in mind that our postal charges include more than the price of a stamp and includes actual postage costs, packaging and handling. If you buy an item, you are deemed to have accepted the shipping charges quoted. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
     
 
U.S. Dispatch Times - We normally dispatch your order within 72 hours (Mon-Fri Only). Once your order has been sent we will contact you by email. Normal shipping time to anywhere in the US takes around three to five business days but varies on your location.
     
 
International Dispatch Times First Class Mail International is estimated to take about 2-3 weeks for delivery not including any delays due to customs or other circumstances which are beyond our control.  This delivery time is an estimate and is not guaranteed.  Delivery can be faster and will occasionally take longer.  Unfortunately, there is no tracking for this shipping method.  If you would like tracking, please contact us about upgrading to Priority Mail International or Express Mail International (EMS) for an additional charge.
     
 
Return Policy - If you are not completely satisfied, we will accept returns in new/unused condition within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the product purchase price, less shipping.  (You will be responsible for return shipping costs.)  Please contact us first if you are planning to exchange or return an item.  When sending us a return or exchange, please include your order number, date of purchase, and a brief description of the situation so that we may process it quickly.
